24/7 Emergency Storm Response
What Happens After You Reach Out
No sales visit, no pressure to sign anything on the spot. The same four steps apply whether you need a small repair or a full replacement.
- We call you back. Tell us what you are seeing and roughly when it started. Most questions get sorted out on that first call, and if the problem is urgent we say so instead of booking you three weeks out.
- Free on-roof inspection. We walk the roof rather than judging it from the driveway, check the decking, flashing, and ventilation, and photograph anything that needs attention. You get the photos either way, even if the answer is that your roof is fine for now.
- A written, itemized estimate. Material tier, labor, disposal, and permit costs are broken out line by line, so you can compare it against another quote without guessing what is inside a lump sum.
- You decide on your own timeline. The estimate is yours to sit on, share with a spouse, or take to your insurer. We follow up once.
Is It an Emergency?
Call, do not email, if water is actively coming in, shingles or a section of decking are gone, or a tree or limb is resting on the roof. 24/7 emergency storm response means exactly that: we triage by severity and get a crew moving, then handle tarping or temporary flashing to stop water entry before scoping the permanent repair.
Anything that is not actively causing damage is fine by email or through the form. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, and Saturday 09:00 to 14:00. See emergency roofing for what we cover outside those hours.
What to Have Ready
None of this is required, but it makes the first call much faster:
- Where you are seeing the problem: a ceiling stain, a damp attic, missing shingles, a full gutter.
- When it started, and whether it tracks with rain, wind, or snowmelt specifically.
- The roof's rough age, and whether any part of it has been repaired or replaced before.
- Whether you have opened an insurance claim, and if an adjuster has already been out.
- Any photos you already have. Take them from the ground, not from a ladder.
Where We Work
We are based in Shaker Heights and cover 38 cities across Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. The suburbs we work in most often are Cleveland, Shaker Heights, Beachwood, Parma, Lakewood, Westlake, Strongsville, and Solon. Each of those pages covers the local housing stock, the weather that actually drives roof failure there, and that city's own contractor registration and permit rules.
Not on the list? Check the full service area directory, or just call. If a job is outside what we cover we will say so rather than waste your time.
